I refused to eat pizza at my friends birthday party...
It was so miserable, they ordered 8 (eight) giant pizzas, Hamburger, peppers, peperonia, every kind u could want. Then when they stuffed there faces, I had to sit there and eat fruit. I was in torture. Then, if that wasn't bad, the whole night they got to snack on funions, and all kinds of cookies and snacks, and I had to watch. Then when breakfast came around, they got to eat poptarts and pancakes and stuff, and I ate oatmeal...
Anyone else have to do this?

Why wouldn't you eat it? Calories = GROWTH. Your 15, your not going to turn into a fat ass from eating pizza one night.

most teens here have a problem with going TOO overboard on the "clean bulk" concept. your gonna drive yourself crazy if you dont eat a cheat food once a week or something,it's actually good for you to do that because it keeps your metabolism up

These threads are getting rediculous. What's next? You held your breath while driving through a smoggy city and make a post about it?

if you never cheat and always eat only clean clean foods you honestly can never make SERIOUS gains. your body still needs some junk in it at least once a week have w/e the **** u want. i went to pizza hut for the $7 all you can eat. i cant even tell you how much i ate. i eat clean 6 days of the week and on the 7th eat what i want. sometimes its every 5 day sdepending on my training split. its not like you will get fat the next day from that one day. plus if you eat clean all week you will never put fat on unless your eating too many caloires. people take it too seriously thinking 1 day will make them fat. im not saying dont eat clean. i am saying dude your 15 u can eat pizza once a week even if your trying to drop fat.

Pizza really isn't that bad for you, especially since they had a pie with meat topping you should of definitely taken yourself a couple slices. It's not even really a cheat food, you just have to take into consideration what you ate earlier during the day. Pancakes aren't bad either.. You missed out. Now your friends probably think your gay because you sat there and ate fruit.

Yes he probably could have used the calories, as he is young and lifting and such. But I, for one, applaud his strength and will power. I deffinately could not have done it. Great job. Maybe next time, loosen your belt a bit and have some good food, but great job on your resisting temptation. Kudos

The funniest thing is, everyone is saying that it would have been fine for a cheat meal..or 3, and it would have been, but what makes it funny is that he must feel pretty pissed that we tell him that NOW!

Dude if you workout and do cardio once in a while nothing will happen to you if you eat some pizza once in a while...I bet your friend thought you were an idiot lol.
Seriously man you don't have to be on a perfect diet unless you're competing.
