eating then training

how long should you wait to train after eating, i was told 2 hours but i tried that and still my food wasnt properly digested

id leave it atleast a hour minimum, i think 2hours is good if youve had a bulking meal. for a light meal about 1 1/2 hours

if ur still full before u workout and it makes u feel sick then maybe dont do it...but i can workout after a huge meal and still feel fine...its up to u

my suggestion would be to eat ur meal then 2 hours later have a protein shake, then u can workout. about 30 mins-1 hr after that

Everyones different and everyone changes too.

When i first started out, i couldnt eat anything before going the gym, i'd have to go the gym at least an hour after eatting or maybe a little longer - other wise i'd feel sick!!

Now, over 3 years later, i need to eat a fair sized complex carb meal about 30 - 45 mins before the gym and then have a protein shake and a glass of fresh orange right before i leave to go the gym - otherwise i feel sick through hunger!!! lol

the total opposite - so i know everyone can be different, just do whats best for you.

The thing to remember is not to go more than 3 hours without food.. so fit that rule into your lifestyle
