I honestly see no difference in those pics. Sorry, but I'm not going to tell you something I don't see. Also, did you eat? Wow, you are thin. Make sure to have a calorie surplus if you want to grow.

I have to agree with the other guy who said he doesn't really see any diff. in your pics. Sorry man, Im not trying to be rude, but Im being honest.
If your following rippetoes properly and resting enough then the only logical explanation is that you arn't eating enough. add at least another meal to your current diet, maybe two. Keep adding until you notice solid gains.
GL with your goals

looks more like u decreased BF% than increased muscle. Make sure your macros are in check. Plus, this section is pretty damn vague. Get advice from various sections like nutrition, and post your pictures, etc. More experienced bbers will be there. Best of luck

x2. But in the future Focus on getting more food in. Whether you have to make a 500+ cal shake and add in a couple to your current diet. (If you need recipes just pm me.)

well, the first 15-20 lbs usually comes quick, then it takes longer.

great job. i can see a noticable difference. you guys on here can't see or judge worth for a crap.
you look shredded, but you have to lose some of it to get bigger or stronger in a reasonable amount of time.
on a positive note, you're 19 which gives you advantage over most people on here.
keep up the good work

You've made good progress. Honestly, it doesn't seem like you're getting enough macros for muscle growth. If you wanna pack on more muscle make sure you're your macros are in check and you're getting enough sleep. Drop by the nutrition section yo. Keep up the good work!

It's great to see you doing the big compound movement lifts. Hopefully more guys will do the same.

I see a difference in your arms, maybe your back but you did 2 different poses in the before & after so not sure.
Not a big difference by any stretch however. Good job on getting your numbers up, how is your diet?
Are your calorie numbers growing like your dip numbers?
Get over the "feeling fatter every day" crap. You're still skinny, you'll probably be skinny for a long time, start eating and get over your abs (i wouldnt be surprised if you kept them well into a bulk though).
Good job concentrating on the compound lifts, keep increasing that weight and provided diet is in order and fear of fat isnt a factor you'll grow, just give it time.
3 months is hardly enough to gauge your progress, its slow (you know this I'm sure) and takes a long time, but for what its worth at 3 months you show some improvement in the arms. Thats about it (i think your back but without the same pose i can't be certain).
Good work so far, keep progressing like you have been and you'll see major changes. Take advantage of this time in your training, eat a lot, your body may still respond with "newbie gains" as they have been called here a lot, embrace the opportunity and give your body what it needs to build itself.

Bulking 'til 230lbs or when the Buffalo Bills have a winning season. Whichever comes first.
Step 1) Pick up a weight and a small farm animal.
Step 2) Lift one and eat the other.
