Circuit
How does this circuit look guys?
The goal is general fitness and endurance (joining the forces in september)
Looking at 3-4x a week time allowing.
Warmup:
0.5mile jog/walk
Some light weights and stretches
CIRCUIT
Squats
Bench Press
SLDL
Chin up
Calf raise
Shoulder press
Leg Press
Tricep extension
Bicep curl
Crunches
2 sets of this then 1.5 mile run.
Minimal rest between exercises. 3 minutes rest between sets and running.
10-15 peps per exercise, aiming to get close to failure, but one rep short on each exercise.
Will probably up this to 3 sets once I'm fitter.
Any tips would be good. I'm new to circuits.
