What's the deal with this girl?

So me and this girl started working for this company 3 months ago, she's a hottie from Guam, we start the same day. Some weeks go by and we get to know each other.

The company has a bowling fun night which I didn't show up and she really got to know this other guy. Now this other guy and her have been going to lunch a couple of times which is cool.

but she always flirts with me on emails, comes to my desk and talks for 15 to 20 minutes of the day. She's really nice and does even some of my work for me.. see she also walks over to the other guys cube too to talk.

So I make my move and ask her to go to the fair with me and some breakfast over the weekend. She said maybe, and nothing happened.

So I said **** it and moved on, now that I ignore her time to time she keeps showing up more wanting my attention but again she goes out with the other guy at lunch. Today she said I was too busy for her joking around, so I joked around a drew her a picture on a little sticky and gave it to her.

She hung the thing on her cube, so what am I to this girl? I'm confused. Am I wasting my time here guys? She hints out lunch to me time to time, but she blew me off twice before while she keeps going out with that guy. I'm not standby, but why would she act like this?

yeah and thats what I been doing, but I don't know whether its worth it dude because I feel like I would be wasting my time if she's already gone out to lunch with that dude so many times..

sounds like she is stringing you along as a friendly co-worker while blowing the other guy under the office desk. doesn't sound like shes remotely interested, especially cuz she keeps going to lunch with the other guy and didnt respond to your attempt to take her out.

well her response was not this week, lets do it next week. And I never said anything about it again..

then I went all in and said listen on Sunday call me and lets go to the fair together, hell lets go get some breakfast too.. she said maybe sure. Never called.

when I asked casually one day if she ever went, she said she never went to the fair. I feel like I'm being stringed but I'm not showing interest or care which I think is bugging her.. LOL i even pissed her off a little by asking her questions about this chick I was dating..

So I mean, am a friend or am I more? What am I, because I'm getting confused with the flirting, constantly telling me she's doing nothing on the weekend when I ask, then posting the little picture drew her on her cube and doing some of my paperwork for me..

She likes to be admired and wanted from as many ppl as possible. This reminds her that she's hot and a good catch. But she doesnt want a relationship. Write her off. She's still very immature.

Really though, just keep on working at your job and DO NOT give her some ultimatum like "its either me or him" as you are not in a relationship with her in any sense of the word.

I beleive she is toying with you and seeing how you will react to her flirting with you AND the other guy in the office. If you just go about your business, she will either ask you to lunch OR nothing will come of it. Leave the ball in her court, at least with this one.

And I doubt she is blowing the other dude under his desk, more likely she is just another cum dumpster and ONLY does anal. j/k
