i got white flood red acid and blueup stim in last 2 days wondering white flood and red acid be a better combo it says dont mix red acid with yohimbe so im figuring it is maybe do the white flood and red acid and save blueupstim for later? any feedback would be appreciated

take red acid first thing in the morning. take white flood 30 minutes preworkout. take red acid again before lunch. take blue up about 3 hours later. when you replenish get the blue up stim free instead.
