Cottage Cheese + A good jelly?
I hate cottage cheese, but a co-worker just told me to try some strawberry jam/jelly with it and it was delicious! It's too bad the strawberry jelly was packed with sugars.
Is there such thing as a healthy jelly/jam I could mix with my cottage cheese?

I did the 2tbsp amount (1 serving) and one cup CC. It adds up to 400ish calories with the jelly. If you want the meal to be larger or smaller, adjust the pb amount.

Smuckers Sugar Free Preserves are all amazing, 10 cals in a tablespoon, and those are from natural sugars in the fruit. Raspberry and strawberry are my favorites.

Polaner's is basically the same nutritionally as the Smuckers, but I find the Smuckers to have such better texture and taste so much less artificial it's ridiculous. I'm not really sure what the price difference is though.
