Don't do a slow digesting carb like whole wheat PWO. A white potato, plain bagel or other fast carb would be better.

You could have a whole food meal after about 45-60 minutes.

A lot of bb'ers like to get a high insulin response immediately PWO to maximize the delivery of nutrients and aminos into the muscles while they are most receptive to insulin. Whey and fast digesting carbs are ideal for this.

There are many different opinions on this. Milos Sarcev (who many consider one of the smartest bodybuilders) strongly advocates this method (even consuming a shake with dextrose (or other fast carb) during your workout).
