other sections take forever to answer cause theyre all like havin sex wit their mudders an sh!t. anyhoo... how long after my PWO shake is ideal to have my Post-PWO meal?

usually 50g whey and 60g carb powder but i'm out of the powder(cytocarb), so i had my 50g whey in water with a whole wheat bagel.

Don't do a slow digesting carb like whole wheat PWO. A white potato, plain bagel or other fast carb would be better.
You could have a whole food meal after about 45-60 minutes.

A lot of bb'ers like to get a high insulin response immediately PWO to maximize the delivery of nutrients and aminos into the muscles while they are most receptive to insulin. Whey and fast digesting carbs are ideal for this.
