Hey guys, I decided yesterday that I'm going to a Hawaii in 4 weeks... Its winter where I am, so I'm bulking. I have never tried cutting before, but the idea of hitting the surf sporting a six pack carries a lot of motivation with it
I plan on doing cardio 3 times a week (up from zero), and retain my weight training at 3 times a week also (3 day spilt). Currently @ 225lbs with approx 13% bf.
Given these 4 weeks, how much fat would I be able to lose?
