Hows this look

Wats up guys hows everyone doing. Well since im back to work im switching my lifting sched, gunna try lifting early morn before work. Im gunna start 2mr n see how it goes. Bfast at 530 am, gym at 630, PWO shake like 745...work by 830

Currently 160 lbs, 10% BF

Goal: Build Lean Muscle Mass

Im gunna try a 5 day split (1 bp/day). Like 2 or 3 nights Im going to do cardio for about 20-30 mins. Do you think it would be better to a 4 day?

How does this diet look?

Breakfast-530
1 bowl of special k protein plus / or 1 cup oats
Skim milk (4-6 oz)
1 banana
Protein shake (1 scoop whey 8 oz water)

*Lift around 630*

PWO- 745
1.5 scoops whey
? cup oats
8 oz skim milk
Fruit-banana or grapes

Meal 2- 1015 (break at work)
1 cup oats or 1 cup brown rice
5 oz chicken/beef/turkey**
Apple/orange/strawberries/blackberries (vary fruit each day)
**Making 2 or 3 hardboiled eggs 2nite and gunna have them here**

Lunch-1
2 slices WW bread
6-8 oz beef/chicken/turkey
4-5 oz green veggies (thinking celery w/ natty pb)
Apple

Snack-415
1 oz almonds
Fruit
4 oz lean protein (chicken, beef, eggs)

Dinner-630
W/e my mom makes-usually very healthy

Pre-bed meal-1130
1 cup CC
1 tbsp natty pb

Dude no offense but thats a diet I would give my gf. You need to eat son! I wanna see some red meat in there! Eggs also! Don't neglect olive oil, great source of fats and 120 cals per serving - great for bumping cals. You are very lean so I would not worry about eating so strict and I would not do that much cardio - I don't think you will need it. Eat eat eat....

where/and what do you think i should add

im gunna give the early morn workout a try 2mr so id like to have a good idea on the diet

all advice is appreciated
