Should I compensate for less developed side? PICS

I am almost positive that I have scoliosis, it's not bad... but I can DEFINATELY see the difference between my left and right lats, shoulders and arms. My right side is MUCH more developed. BTW I've never had any back issues, pain or any discomfort. I do squats/deads without any problems.

I know I sit with bad posture, i'm trying to correct that... usually I have one leg propped up on my CPU, and I slouch toward the right when sit. I never really noticed until my lats got bigger... well the right one.

Should I try and compensate for the imbalance? Doing some more left movements without overtraining? I just wanna know if there is something besides the Doctor that can fix it... if it can be fixed.

Ill attach photos so you get an idea

Keep in mind I flex much harder with my right side/lats, so there is really more distortion than there should be... because I don't really know how to pose.

heres the original picture, bad imbalance....

Okay, so I flip the picture horizontally to copy/paste my right side on to the original AND IT LOOKS SO MUCH WORSE

Okay, heres the right side split to look symetrical

And heres just a rear lat spread doesnt look too bad

I'd find out if there is a reason for you "imbalance", if it is something like scoliosis, before you try and fix it.

LimpJedi is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Looks fine to me I think it's just the lighting in the room making it look smaller. Because in the third picture it looks nearly the same.

maybe becuase it is the same!!!.... he cut the pic in half, and copied the same side on the other side for that pic.

to OP. yea i can definately see difference in size. I would suggest to go see a chiro or physio to get a proper dignosis.

I also got a slight scoliosis (on my upper back), but for me its only slightly noticeble when im relax, one shoulder is a bit higher than the other. when i flex you cant notice it me much at all on me.

yeah, I set up an appt on monday, I hope it can be corrected through exercise... Scoliosis is extremely common, but some have it worse than others=/
