Best PWO shake mix
Should I use Dex, WMS, or just a simple oat and banana mix for my PWO shake? Thanks all opinons are appreciated!

Whey + Oats/banana is fine. I have not used dex yet and probably won't, as the oats/banana are fine.

You're going to need enough simple carbs to cause an insulin spike, but don't make you whole shake just simple carbs. These are just empty caloires, and will do three things:
1) They will cause your insulin resistance to go up
2) They will cause fat gain, becuase what ever your body dosn't use for energy it will store in fat cells, and if you don't use up that energy by the end of the day - it will be become fat.
3) You'll go into a sugar comma.. (couldn't think of a third and two reasons seems stupid.)
Try oats, a banana, or anything that has carbs, but is not a simple carb (aka. candy and sugar)

Personally I would use the oats and banana mix, with a whey of some sort and possibly even milk if you can stomach it or fit in there.

a fruit is something u shuold not partiularly use as it has some fructose which is bad for PWO shake.. as for oats they are not the fastest digesting high GI carb out there.. if u want something to hit u hard and fast i suggest 2 combo's
Whey mixed with Malto and Dex
Biotest Surge
Probably the 2 best combo's there are
the fastest and highest in GI and get the job done
