Well i've been a member of BB for about 2 months now. When I started I was REALLY into it, and after 2 weeks I knew how to do everything. I was working out 5-7 days/week and actually lost 5 pounds.
THEN..I got a fever. I was in bed for 3 days just drinking gatorade and (trying) to eat to keep my metabolism up. After I recovered I was slammed with schoolwork, SATs, and exams and didn't have time to workout. I haven't worked out for about a month now and looking at my body now i'm disgusted. I went from ~190 pounds to 213 pounds in a month!!! (I'm only 5'9").
I just wanted to post this somewhere so I can use it as a form of motivation everyday. This was the worst thing that could happen to me since summer is coming up and i'm going to have to lose weight like crazy. Thanks for reading this, hope I didn't take too much of your time.
