Blueyedevil RPM Review
It all started when I actually started becoming active in this forum.. I apply for my first sample which happened to be RPM.. A couple weeks later a sample arrives via mail.. 10 shiny red pills.... (HMMM pretty little things)
I decided to wait and use these on chest and tricep day and my back day. Which for the dosage schedule the sample will only set me for two days. Some times it sucks to be a little guy.
The following Monday reaches for chest and triceps. Its 1:30 p.m. I hurry to my bag where the samples are and devour the 5 little beauties in one gulp. No the wait to get off work and the gym sucked. It was almost like a child waiting for Christmas. On this Christmas morning this little boy was not disappointed. I blow through my work out and cardio and still wanted to workout. My work out on that day consisted of.
5- sets flat bench
4 - sets db incline
3-set decline bench
4-sets wide bench
4- sets of cable cross overs
3-sets close grip bench
4 sets tri pulldown
3 sets of kickbacks
3 sets of skull crushers
3 sets of dips
This workout was followed by 20 minutes of cardio. 30 second walk one minute sprints. Usually after such a workout I am ready to call it quits and do nothing but lounge on the couch. Nope I wanted to push more.. HEHHEHEHE>
That evening I had no problem getting to sleep at all.. Usually on stims I toss and turn for quite a bit.
The next day I wanted to take the second sample but promised myself that I would not do such a thing and wait until Thursday to work my back.
Thursday finally came and so did 1:30 pm. It was that Christmas day all over again. I finally reached the gym at my usualy time..
I started that day off with.
Deadlifts- 4 sets
Seated rows-4sets
bent over rows sup grip 3 sets
bent over rows pro grip 3
lateral front 4 sets
lat back 4 sets
bb shrugs 4 sets
followed by 20 min of cardio and again feeling great and not wanting to stop.
Both of these days I have felt HUGE PUMPS. I never recalled my back being so tight that I did not want to walk and still be able to cardio.. Yeah a little insane.
Within these moments I thought I would give RPM another chance and order a bottle and finally hit bb.com and pay day finally came.
I came home on a Monday and my package was there. I ripped the package like a starved animal that was being feed and there was my very own bottle of lil red beuties 110 caps 22 days of pure power.. LOL.. I devoured 5 more and headed off to gym 45 minutes later oh well you can be late here and there.
Chest and tri's again
flat bench I have raised the bar and gained a rep on my 315 set
Last week I did 315 7 times.. I hit 8 times and my spotter so called a 1/2 rep on it that day.. I was not about to give up. This was followed after my usaual 135 warm up and 225 10 times warmup.. Gave it a go and hit 355 4x's drop set down to 275 for 12 and 225 15 x's. Heading over to the db for incline bench I feel my chest swelling. I began my db workout and reach for the 70 lbs db usually do a 15 rep warmup only could hit 12 and hit the 80's 10 times. My chest was so pumped and swollen from my flat bench I was not able to the 90's so I grabbed the 60's hit them 15 more times and headed over to the decline bench and did my warmup 135 followed by 225 15x's. By now my chest was fully pumped. Have not felt this way since I was a teenager.
I went ahead and did a light wide grip chest on the hammer strength and followed by cable crossovers. I was still full of energy as if I just still walked into the gym....
I went ahead and did a light tricep regime ( I was short on time today)
Started with dips 3 sets of 15
tricep push down 144- 15 x's, 204- 12x's 204- 10 x's and stripped it back down to 156 12 x's 120 15x's
By the end of this set my arms felt as they were going to explode but this was not enough for me.
I grabbed a 40lb db and did 2 sets of 15 kickbacks
Followed up with close grip bench 2 sets of 135
and finished with 2 sets of 10 dips and pullups
Being that I had to be somewhere that evening I was very disgruntled because I did not get my cardio in.. I still wanted to workout but had to end this session.
How ever though the saga continued the next morning for legs. One hour before ate me 5 lil red beauties.
4 sets squats
4 sets hack squats
4 sets leg presses
3 set seated calve raises
3 sets front squats
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets leg curls
3 sets standing leg curls
yes it's a lot but its my leg day.. My legs stayed pumped almost all day.
Today I will be back on my back day.
Overall so far with my experience with RPM I would have to rate this product a 10 out of 10. This is one product I feel that I have not wasted my money on amongst the others that I have. The focus, the drive, the feeling, and all over god liked feeling I am very shocked what this product delivers for the price it is offered on bb.com. I will be definatley keeping this in stock. The benefits stated on the bottle I believe are definatley backed in my eye. In no way I am associated with applied nutriceuticals or was paid for this reivew this is just my experience with it and felt that I would share it with all of you. Anyone that has had the great oppurtunity to use RPM and are currently using it I would like to hear your thoughts on it.

Thursaday the fun continues.
Slammed on the good ol back.. Took my dosage at 1:35p and got to the gym about 2:45p.
Started off with dead lifts for 4 sets I work deads light I am working on burning off the rest of that nasty flab of love handles....
135 - 15 x's
225 -15 x's
225- 15 x's
135- 25 x's
Moved on and did 3 sets of bent over rows with bb... Sup and pro grip.
4 sets of seated rows.
3 sets behind and front lat pull downs.
and finished with 2 sets of hyper extensions no weight and 2 sets weighted.
AS stated in the previous post still was feeling well post workout..
Went to the pool afterwards and swam a few laps.

Nice review.
It really does seem to be an awesome product.
Provides great energy and I have a focused and feeling of well being that pretty much lasts through the entire day. I've only been on it for a little more than a week, but I'm already starting to notice an increase in muscle hardness. I've also noticed I'm quite a bit hornier than usual.
Great job,AP. If my body doesn't build up a tolerance for this stuff, it's sure to become a staple.

Thank you for the kind words..... and I'm glad you enjoy RPM! It quickly became my favorite supplement, even during our beta tests.
Keep your eyes peeled for a similar, non-stim product.... that, like RPM works awesome, but combine it with RPM... and you'll never need another new product again!

I hit 405 on the bench very sloppy but it got up there after attempting a 390lb clean press....... I have also posted some new progress pics. I have dropped from 13.8% to 12.5% bf in two weeks.. One week of it was on RPM... Things are really coming together this summer....

i am pretty sure it would be the same... I do my cardio after my lifting and still feel it....

A quick run down of this week.....
Well I am ending week two of RPM.... I am reaching new heights and pushing limits this week...
Monday hit a 390 lb bench then threw up 405 lbs.
Tuesday squat is going up and hit 405 for 8 x's
Thursdsay I thought I would push myslef on the deadlifts after hitting 315 8x's I thought what the hell and try 405 hit it once. Lets just say i had a 1215 week.......
So I went ahead and pre ordered my next bottle of Rpm so i will be ready when this bottle runs out.

They are suppose to be releasing another product to go with RPM in about a month and half.... I am going to try that other than that. I just use my usual whey and glutamine... Thats it for me.

Mind posting a link to the RPM samples thread? Wouldn't mind trying them out. Been wanting to get a bottle for a while, but the samples would be nice to see what the buzz is about while I wait to place another bulk BB store order.
