it's not necessary to take breaks, no. some people choose to cycle creatine, however. it also causes mild water retention, may not be considered ideal for cutting, imo. in which case you may prefer beta-alanine.

beside i ve never take creatine or stim before.
i think when i ll finish the can i ll try right after another creatine

Once I finish up my second can of AP here in about two weeks I'm going right back on to SizeOn by Gaspari. No need for a "break".

I'm on my last packet of animal pump tommorow I will start my green bulge. Animal Pump doesn't really hold much water. I think thats one of it's selling points isn't it. But how about green bulge?

when i read all the reviews i see that people feel something the first day but i m on the day 4 and i feel nothing.
does it mean that it won t work for me?

6 days? Nice. It varies a lot from lifters to lifters. On average though, it seems like 10-14 days seems to be the typical range where the real benefits come.
Anyway, regarding the other question, no need to cycle Pump. It's a "foundational" supplement.
