ok today did 2 sets of 20 with 185, then did my BB rows with 115 for sets of 15 and then did one set of bench for 15 and one set of tricep/close grip becnh for 10...but i could feel the major pump in my arms, im now kind of settled in with the squatting and i think i migth start incorporating more into my workouts, liek 2 sets BB Rows, squat, incline bench, power clean and RDL...

Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is your workout? Why is 5x5 bad?
Edit: Nvm, I didn't read the title carefully.

so you confirmed it's small.
Thanks.
Love the random numbers by the way to try and make an equivalent weight

Not even if you're Ronnie Coleman.
5'7" = 67 inches.
155 lbs / 67
= 2.3lbs per inch
So at 6' you'd be 166lbs

ok thanks for making me feel worse about myself with all your math, but i guarantee i would not be THAT small at 6'0...166lbs, thats like 6'0 28in waist and 12in biceps haha
obviously random numbers but im sure we all realise 6feet and 166lbs is very very small, i think the math equation is alot more complex then dividing the weight by the height in inches, you have to take into consideration my muscle/bone mas ration and then apply it to the larger individuals frame...

Just because you get a pump it doesn't mean it's a good program.

its a great workout, however...u r NOT suppose to do 2 sets of 20 reps, only 1 set.......it should be sooo hard u couldnt even dream of doing another set.....well maybe the first 2 weeks but after that, wen u get closer to ur 10 RM THEN it will be impossible!

Could you be more wrong? At 6 foot you would be 166 end ****ing of.
You're obviously massively delusional. You have mass to height ratio. That ratio is constant dude.

It isn't really the milk thats special...it should be squats and (insert calorie dense protein food here)...good program tho, tried and true.
