Thanks man. I read that same thread a while ago too and just read it now. I think what you are talking about is that ephedra itself can be anywhere from 0-150%, however, the stuff put in these pills is all standardized to 8% (it says that on the package). All ephedra is not simply 8%, that's not what I meant at all. If it just said "375mg ephedra" then it wouldd be scary becauuse like you said, who knows what 375mg of epehdra is? Red rockets have been around for 10 years or so now and I'm pretty confident the manufacturer is reputable in making them. The guy I bought them from sells thousands of bottles each month, lots of people taking them apparently.
