Looking much better bro. Train your shoulders and back well. They will give you great definition! Don't forget other parts like forearms and abs. Chest has developed well. It takes years of hard dedicated work to get to where you really want to be bro. Keep going at it hard!
As far as trying to decide to cut... I wouldn't just yet. Do what you're doing now and gain size. Once you're at the size you want to be, slowly start cutting. You have to have muscle and fat to cut, or else you're just going to take all that hard earned muscle away bro. Lift hard, eat plenty, rest well. It will pay off in a few years.
