Exclamation Need Help on Diet!!!!!!!!!!

I need some advice on a good way to unlock stored body fat, I am male 23 5'9 149lbs but i have a nasty beer belly that i can't get rid of for nothing,

I have done several things like no fat, low carb (low carb cause i love potatoes) high fiber high protein (this diet took off a few pounds but nothing more)

I eat fairly healthy and exercise on a regular basis but i don't know what else to do to get rid of the belly fat or any fat for that matter,

for the most part here are some of the foods that enjoy eating

Tuna
chicken soup
mushroom soup
Brillia plus noodles
eggs
potatoes
white rice/brown rice
sweet peas
ground beef
whole wheat french toast sticks
propel water 4 to 8 16 oz glasses a day(the only beverage i drink beside the once in a blue moon beer)
12 capsules of Metamucil a day

Just to expound on the above:

Here is a link to ALL the nutritional articles on BB.com. The first section has plenty of diets to check out:

Read the stickies in the Losing Fat, Nutrition, and Workout Programs forums! They are loaded with a lot of good information to get you started...which is why they are there. When you are done with that, use the search feature to answer any other questions before posting them.

You read ALL the diet links here, including ALL the articles in them: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbmainnut.htm ????

I think somebody is pulling my leg....

...and if you have read them, why are you still eating some of those foods listed above, and drinking so little water? You talk about a nasty beer belly, yet you are still drinking beer...very confusing.

What about the rest of you fat loss plan, the exercise. What is your routine?
