... Your fine. I'm a strong believer that teens should be eating anything they can get their hands on, except absolute junk. If you can guess where it came from, it's ok to eat.

yea u will be fine i remember one weekend i had something bad for three nights in a row for dinner and was fine. we are young and there is not any reason to freak out over one bad meal every so often unless ur trying to compete or something but if ur just working out to get strong and cut then it might take a bit longer but wont keep you from getting there

there was an article on yahoo awhile ago that said eating a meal from McDonalds or some fast food, then walking 45mins after that is the same as eating a clean meal, then just sitting around after eating.

unfortunately walking for 45 minutes does nothing about the sodium, salt, and trans fat that comes with the mcdonalds food

Sodium is the worst, it makes me feel fatter than eating a low sodium high fat food.

i don't think it will mess u up at all just as long as u aren't eating a choclate cake with choclate icing, whilst munching on a choclate bar and drinking a choclate milkshake.
