What exercises on what days?
Alrite, here's the deal..i've got class Mon-Thurs every week, so I goto the university gym after class..What routine would be best for me to maximize my gym time?
Before Wednesday (class started then), I've been doing biceps on Mon & Thurs and chest on Tues & Fri, with Wednesday being a shoulder day..I worked out at home using dumbbells and a barbell and did cardio every other night..
Now, I have access to a gym so I need a whole new revamped (preferably telling me what muscles should be worked on these days) routine..any suggestions would be helpful!
Also, I DO have dumbbells and a barbell at home, so I could possibly work out on Friday too..
