Sleeping all day/Up all night

Crazy, but ever since I started doing courses for education online at home, my sleeping pattern is off the wall. I got to bed about this time every morning 7-8 AM Central time. What the **** is that ****? I have no reason I just stopped going to bed early and it came to be that Im up all night and sleep all damn day. I don't know about you guy's but I like to see my day's you know? And its been real hard trying to get back to normal.

Any suggestions

I'll tell u a trick to reverse ur sleeping times back to normal.

At exams time in college,I used to study all night,and go to exam at 1 PM,and sleep at 5 PM,then wake up after 10 hrs, at 3 am.

so what I did to reverse the cycle,at 5 PM i didnt sleep,I kept awake till 12:00 PM,then I slept till the morning.

I'm a night owl too You can try trying to adjust your sleep by going to sleep at a different time to drift it back to normal, of course stimulants, sleeping pills, etc but none of that has worked for me either.

Yes, Im sure this is the exact way to do it only thing is its going to be a bitch lol I just took a few pain killers for my wisdom teeth and im very sleepy but I will try and ride it out.

And on top of it all I just found out/remembered I am scheduled a doctors appointment today at 10. Someone shoot me.
