Help on Prepping food.....please!!!!

Today I have spent an hour or two prepping all my dinners for this week. Since I dont have much time after work to cook, and I am also lazy after work, besides going to gym. I thought it would be easier to prep all my chicken breats and broccoli on the weekend. Carbohydrates such as potatoes and rice are hard to prep, but if you know an easy way, please let me know.

I am sure there are plenty of other people out there that prep their food. Could you please give me some other advice that I can use to make this easier....other food types would be good too as long as you can prep them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

i dont eat many carbs really.. but just bake your potatoes or boil your rice and throw it in the refrigerator.. it should keep for a while. a quick way to make baked potatoes is too stab through 12-15 times w/ a fork, throw them in a zip-loc bag (leave it open) and throw it in the microwave for 5 mins. they are extremely hot, but they cook faster and retain moisture.

too cook rice, just use a 2:1 ratio (water/rice). get it boiling, cover it, and stir it half way through.. just wait till all the water is gone
