holy FUBEEPKu that's alot of fat!
Stop now! Stop immediatly!!
46G of fat!?? In one meal? I'm sure its greasy fat too. I bet? DEFINITLY IS! 20G of saturated fat?!? DAILY!!! Your asking for a gut man...
and the carbs are DEFINITLY hi-gi.. Comes from the bun. I'm sure you can resort to something else much healthier. Tuna sandwhich with mayo. I mean hell that's still better then taht crap.. my god...

Considering what? That your only other meal alternative was a deep fried bucket of lard dredged in white flour and oreos

ya bulking = eating crap.
sorry to rain on your part but that's how I got a 36" waist line. From doing **** like that all the time..
I have a 31.5" waist line right now after my 3 month cutting cycle.
Bulking is no different then cutting. You eat the same **** except MORE OF IT.

you speak of clean bulking..and thats EXACTLY what I do as well...however from talking with some of the guys on this site that are teens with super fast metabolisms, clean bulking doesn't work for them...i dont know, maybe their just not eating enough to clean bulk properly. Or maybe they are just needing more fats and fast food and pizza is the only thing thats working for them...but obviously that type of eating is not recommended from a health standpoint, I certainly dont do it, but I am in my early thirties and have a slower metabolism, and am an endomorph. In addition, I love clean bulking and would never do anything different...

I agree with you bro...I do mostly clean bulking for my meals however I found that with my fast metabolism that even if I eat a box of mac and cheese (just an example) every day during my bulk cycle along with my other meals I still will not go above 12% bodyfat. Now don't get me wrong I won't pig out on processed foods all day long. I eat plenty of veggies and lean cuts of meat while bulking but at the same time I'll also eat tons of pasta, rice etc. (Pizza every Fri ) I guess I got influenced by the Lee Priest style of bulking and it's the only style that works for me to put on muscle mass. If I cleanly bulk- I just don't have the appetite to eat the amount of food I need to put the mass on during my bulking season. Us hardgainers have to find what works and for me it's bulking Lee Priest style

Cool bro..I think your going about it the smartest way for you..congrats, because your able to have a little fun with it too. Believe it or not since I've been eating every 2-3 hours for the past year of mostly healthy foods, my metabolism has gone up as well, and I've noticed that I can do the same as you...I usually dont, but if I get the urge for a cheat meal its not really going to hurt me. Anyway sounds like you've got it downpat and good luck...BTW I love some good pasta too! Gotta love that Lee Priest style.

My bulking
My bulk IS a clean bulk. I mostly eat very good foods.
HOWEVER, the main problem I've always had is eating, and eating ENOUGH calories to get my body to put on weight.
I have finally ELIMINATED truly bad food, such as ice cream, cookies, and any junk food. I only eat plain, de-greased hamburgers or grilled chicken as far as fast food goes.
What I have been doing works for me. Some of you have trouble losing weight. I have trouble GAINING weight, and when I eat sometimes it's like punishment because I'm full but I know if I want results in a decent time frame I've gotta give myself excess calories.
I once had the body of Brad Pitt in Fight Club...now it's time for the body of Arnold in his prime. Just gimme a couple years and a bunch of fucckking food.

Air Force.
I'm in San Antonio right now but I'm going to Korea for a few weeks next month followed by a few weeks in Afghanistan. Trying to finish my cutting cycle before I deploy and have to eat all the high carb/fat food in the field kitchens over there.
