After only 5 days of taking it I can say White Flood is the best supp I've ever used

It works so well that i keep thinking there has to be something in it that is harmful to my body.

First of all the taste gets better with continued use. I'm to the point that I just mix it with about 6-8 ounces of water to get it down quick and it doesn't bother me but i could care less about the taste...just as long as it works.

After mixing the 2 full scoops It takes about 10-15 minutes to kick in and when it does it is such a wonderful feeling. Reminds me of the days when I would have to get spinal taps (i had Leukemia) and they would sedate me with a certain drug. Except instead of making me tired It gets me cranked up to workout like nothing I've ever tried. The GREAT feeling diminishes quickly but I still end up feeling good a few hours after I've already worked out.

The pumps are unreal and my muscles have never looked so full. I notice a little more vascularity but it doesn't seem to last long. I have been adding at least 5 more pounds on every lift I do and that started from day one of taking it...so whether that is just from the pump or strength I dont know but I'll take it.

I've tried, Size On, No-Explode, No Shotgun, Fast Twitch, Shock Therapy, even AMP for energy and the list goes on...but nothing has even compared to this in energy, pumps and mood. In fact most of it didn't work as I have a very high tolerance to everything. I have to admit I was shocked this worked so well, I just pray I dont end up with any bad side effects. I do hope everyone gets a chance to try this because it really does work.

I was curious about this product. I had excellent results from BSN's NO-XPLODE and I thought I might try out a few C.L. products. Thanks for the write-up.

I felt pretty pumped with my sample. Just ordered about 200$ worth of supps today, yay. Starting my new stack in a couple weeks when my testfuel log is completed, WF, PW, ON creatine also got some Ergopharm Pinapple Mango and Twin Lab Chocolate surge.

So this is a preworkout supp? When do you take this if you're taking GM also?

White Flood is Pre and I would take 1/2 GM pre, 1/2 post unless your PWO shake has creatine in it.

there are a couple of ways. the way I suggest is:

white flood 30 minutes pre and green mag post (although you can also take half gm pre and half post while taking wf 30 minutes pre.)

I personally like taking both of them pre... but WITH PLENTY OF WATER, I REALLY water both of them down, and the pumps are insane (off the charts if I add 1-3 scoops GlycerGROW).

30-60min pre:
Green MAGnitude

0-30min pre:
White FLOOD

During:
Carb beverage / Palatinose (optional)
