Fish Oil Burps
Does anyone other than me experience fishy burps after taking a fish oil tab? Is there a way to help prevent or reduce them? Its not realy that big of a deal, I just want to know if its normal

I think its normal, almost every company I've tried- I get this side effect from.

I take mine AFTER a meal, not with a meal and rarely have fish burps.

I've heard that freezing your gelcaps will work.

efa is sensitive to heat, not cold. Lot of supp companies freeze their EFAs before shipment just to be safe.

I take HFS Total EFA and I get nasty burps for 2 hours after I take it. I usually just gargle with listerine. After 2 hours they subside.

I was having the same problem, until I started taking them 20 minutes before eating.
Worth a try...
