My dayley feed...help me

OK here ya go

stats. 21yrs 5 11 161lbs. dont know body fat but still trying to harden abs.

goals. 175lbs..im in no rush as i want to do this as lean muscle as much as possible.

Work out. day1. Bi's, shoulders.
day of rest
day3 tris, chest
day of rest
day4. back, abs (usually a couple sets on my bi's just for the pump
day of rest
day6 legs
day of rest

Im not really doign cardio beacause i work a sweaty physical construction job.

Supps- NO shotgun, Animal stak2, multi, hempseed oil, creatine (kre alkalyn), protein.

Average eating day

5am cereal , protein shake.
6am workout
7am protein shake with oats
930am turkey breast on whole wheat with cheddar, granola bar an fruit.
12:30pm another sandwich the same as above and some more fruit maybe some rice crackers.

This is the hard part some days i work from 12 30 an dont get home till 7. might have an apple or something inbtween.

7pm. either Yams with chives salt pepper and ketchup. or 4 eggs with toast

8-9pm before bed cottage cheeese protein shake and hemp seed oil.

Any ideas on more food that i can make that i can pack in a bag all day and eat fast??

Thanks alot to whoever reads this an gives me advice.

You could bring a handful of nuts with you to work, also natty pb on whole wheat bread is something you can put down easily at work.
