2.5 Months - Reasonable?
This was taken around xmas, but I didn't start working out until mid-march, and looked pretty much the same over that period. Maybe even gained a couple lbs.
This was taken yesterday after 2.5 months of working out and changing my eating/drinking lifestyle. (tensed in this pic obv.)
How does the progress look? Can someone give me a rough estimation of bf% for both pics? My goal is to be around 10-12% by September - is that reasonable?

its 207lbs vs 194lbs - you seriously don't think there is a visible difference?
Edit: in case it wasn't obvious, I'm trying to cut my bf%, not bulk atm

No, I don't either. What is your diet like? I think you need to implement more intense cardio into your routine and watch the diet.

Typical Day:
7:00 - 3 scrambled eggs, banana, multivitamin, 2 omega caps, 200mg caffeine
10:00 - handful of almonds, cup of coffee
12:30 - turkey/chicken/tuna/beef sandwich, veggies or salad (broccoli, carrots, cucumber), apple
3:30 - Protein bar - 30g protein, 23g carb
5:00 - Workout
6:30 - chicken breast/steak/porkchop, veggies or salad, 2 omega caps
9:30 glass of skim milk + 2 scoops of whey
Cardio is 20 mins HIIT on a stationary bike 2-3x per week on off-days. Workout routine is basically Rippetoe's Starting Strength
Edit: I drink a good amount of booze probably once per week, but am really working on cutting that back

Your meal plan looks decent.
A word of advice ... if you want to drink like that ... don't bother working out or what you eat. You might as well eat cat **** 4 times daily for your diet.
Stop drinking if you want to make progress.
And with regards to your question about if that body % is possible, yes it is. Intense cardio, less carbs and you may want to look into Evodiamine, Hoodia and Guggulsterone.

Yes, I've heard that plenty, believe me. As I said I'm working on it. It's a hell of a lot better than the 3-4x a week it used to be which got me from 165 to 205 in the first place.

Its not easy I know. I am a recovering alcoholic, runs in my family too, and it has been extremely hard. But I am 4 months sober now, never felt better. A lot of it is a mind game, drink water when your buddies are drinking beer.
I treat myself at times with a beer once a month. It reminds me of what I don't want at times, its extremely hard but it motivates me.
Good luck bud.

Don't be discouraged. No matter how little progress you are making, at least you are improving. Just keep going

Lol, dude, u gotta look at the big picture. What is the biggest cause of why you are fat? If reason A is 95%, and reason B is 5%. You can work your ass off on reason B, you are going to get a most 5% improvement. ( these are hypothetical numbers to prove a point) In one year, I would expect you to lose at LEAST 40 pounds if you are serious.
