Revamped diet, hows it looking?

Hello,

OK, so I just had my bodyfat tested (I am awaiting the results) and am on a training schedule with a diet that was revamped. My trainer recommended 200-250 grams of carbs per body weight, 100-125 grams of protein per body weight and 30 grams of fats per body weight.

So now I am just wondering how this new diet is looking. I know its not perfect yet, but I keep a food journal, logging cals, carbs, fats and pro, and I try to make small adjustments each day to get closer to perfect!

In addition to my diet, I take a mega green pill, and a B vitamin each day.

Snack: (I start with this bc i wake up at 4 am and getting things ready for a breakfast restaurant is a little hectic and this is convienient!)
Myoplex lite with milk

Breakfast: 1 c. 10 grain cereal, 2 egg whites (I am trying to get this up to 4-6, but I find it hard to eat so much food!)

Lunch: 1 can of tuna, 1/2 of a high protein lavash, 2 TBSP smart balance mayo, SF bread and butter pickles

Snack: 2 dried prunes

Dinner: 1 c. WW spag, 1/4 c. spag sauce, 2 TBPS parm chz, 1/2 c. 93% lean beef, 3 c. baby spinach, LF homemade ital dressing

Snack: SF FF pudding w/ LF SF whipped cream

I have not begun serious training yet (I will start after vaca) and will exchange the last snack for a casein shake before bed.

So hows it looking?

I would def have the caesin before bed instead of the pudding since that is pretty much empty cals, and wont satsify you throughout the night. Also, what kind of spagetti sauce do you use? Some of it kind of be really high in salt and sugar (i have found some pretty good homemade ones, so i can control what i put in it). For the meal with prunes..i would try to add some protein to it, maybe egg whites or proten shake?
Good luck with your goals!!
