My opinions on your options, mind you I am in no way an expert/ smart.
I have used the Universal Storm/ST stack:
Storm worked good. Nothing amazing, and I don't see why they needed 4 types of creatine, but it worked. Awesome value for the money, no doubt in my mind.
ST:Pumps weren't there, but energy was. Don't get fruit punch. Was doing about 2 scoops towards the end of the tub, and I still have a bit left.
Storm/ST stack is an awesome intro/value stack. Can't beat the price/servings of Storm.
MAN:
Have not used Clout, but have used Body Octane and LOVED it. Workouts were consistently good, endurance was up. Recovery was there. Tasted kinda nice as well.Tangy.
I'll put it this way:
MAN sports is like the Porsche 959. No one really knows about it, and it may look kinda wierd to those who don't know about it, but for those who are on the up-and-up know it'll kick your ass and leave you in the dust. (BTW the Porsche 959 is one of the greatest automotive achievements ever, in case you aren't a car guy)
CL:
I've only used Green Mag and love it. Other than that, they have a lot of positive feedback on this forum, and their White Flood seems to be making a lot of people happy in all the right places, except the butthole.

Ummm, as much as i like Universal, the new Storm/Shock stack is not like Body Octane. Just because BA is now added does not make it like Octane. The Universal stack is solid and a great value, but unfortunatly, it does not approach what you get with MAN's stack. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Clout/Body Octane
Because the stack works great, I have tried first one and the last one and the clout and body octane worked much better, have not tried the second stack there.

Seriously. Putting on size = try to eat 300 cals over maintenance, and try to eat cleanly so it's mostly lean gains.
Supplements are just that - to supplement a good diet and good workout plan.
I'm on a Controlled Labs' White Flood/Purple Wraath + Palo Alto Labs' Leviathan stack, but I'm cutting so I'm under maintenance calories. The first thing I did was get my diet and macronutrients in order, then came the supplements.

hard work and a good diet...eat cottage cheese before you go to bed or drink muscle milk before you go to bed..helps recovery time and its natural..you can also try taking bee pollen which you can get a gnc for about $5 a bottle..im not real big into synthetic supplements though.

Hmmm... fitness / nutrition / bodybuilding isn't a 2 month project. It's a lifestyle.

For starters (huge difference) White BLOOD and Green BULGE are capsules. Green MAGnitude and White FLOOD are powders.

I dont know if that is suppose to be funny or not. I know that already, so I take it that is the only thing then.

No that isn't funny. That's the "key" (major) difference... the other differences are nothing in comparison, because the KEY difference is what matters = if you don't care if it's capsules or powder, get the powder.

No, the main advantage of the powder = cost per serving.
