Slow Progress, but its coming along.
Just a quick update, I started taking Whey protien about 3 weeks ago and my stamina is up and I was at 130 at the start of drinking it and now I am up to 133, so atleast some progress is getting there.
I dont have any pictures but I am slowly getting bigger, I would recommend this Whey to anyone looking to build more muscle.

Whey doesnt always have such a amediate effect.. + remember you gotta have a good diet to gain wieght and build muscle.
I must say ive finaly started to see changes to my chest.. which some might remember i used to constantly say was not growing.. now it finaly is.. patience i guess and adding on more weight to my bench etc have helped.

Where does this mentality that whey protein and other basic stuff acts as well as a steroid come from?
You gained 3 pounds in 3 weeks, and you credit it to Whey? A person's weight often fluctuates that much on a daily basis due to water and other things.
Keep lifting, eating and drinking your whey, it will definitely help you get the protein you need, but it wont be responsible for the majority of any growth you experience, credit that to hard work on your part and a diet that allows for growth.

if u want somethign to help u put on weight quicker buy muscle juice or muscle milk, i bought a 5 pound container of it and put on 5 pounds in two weeks, theres over 1000 calories per serving and 55 grams of protein, i was paying over 50$ for a thing of protein and barely putting on weight and when i bought this stuff for 34$ i put on 5 pounds like nothing, but dont forget u really gotta work hard in the gym.
