Cool diet for lazy person

Ok.. I admit I am lazy and hate cooking all the time. I'm looking for a decent mass increasing diet and am wondering what you guys recommend. I am a fairly hard gainer. I love chicken, burgers, brocolli and have no idea what else.

Ok.. Well I will list what I tried in the past year that seemed to work well if anyone wants to comment on it.

Pre-WO: (in a shake)
skim milk
2 scoops ON whey (chocolate yum!)
1/2 cup or so old-fashioned oats (ground into powder)
1/2 cup or so almonds (ground into powder)
1 banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

-----
Post-WO: (in a shake)
^^ Same as above Pre-WO ^^^

-----

I believe I may still have a tub of maltodextrin left which I may add to the oats for more carbs or I could just add more oats.. Let me know.

I am not a nutritionist but I know I need to eat/ingest more protein/carbs and stop eating out and drinking so much crappy soda as well. Just FYI - I can drink (5) 44oz Dr. Peppers a day and it doesn't make me gain a single ounce so I may need a little boost to start the gaining process.

Kashi frozen meals. I live off these as my third meal of the day because I'm in a lab with a side room that has a microwave. Some of the ones they have (Chicken Florentine comes to mind) have a nice carb/protein ratio and enough calories if you're doing a 5-6 meal/day plan.
