No/Low Carbs Everyday

Instead of carb cycling could I just have very low carb days every day, where I only have carbs when I first wake up, and before and after I workout, and then have a re-feed day once a week (I'm pretty lean already-10%-so once a week might be necessary)

so it would be like a 20/20/60 f/c/p intake or something to that effect for 6 days of the week.

You won't have much energy with that diet. Up your fat intake if you're going to go low carb.
You could check out the Keto forums.

No need to reinvent the well. There's plenty of fine tuned carb cycling programs out there that will maximize muscle gain/maintenence while the fat melts off.

I personally suggest doing only high and low carb days. No need to drop all carbs, you just feel like crap for no good reason.

Cool. I'll just keep carbs low (not going for NO carbs, just low) and re-feed every so often to get leptin up.

That on top of cardio should be enough. I can eat like crap and stay lean so eating clean with a calorie deficit and doing cardio on top of my workouts should make me drop bodyfat.
