Exclamation Chicken with fat on it

Sadly I didn't get to trim the fat off the food before my mother slapped it on the bbq so yeah according to CalorieKing there is about 25g of fat on 5oz of chicken leg meat (I guess from the skin?).

While cutting do I need to worry too much about fat intake or mainly carbs?

matter what kinda fat is on the chiken
if u can trim the fat off when it;s cooked
i am more of a fish guy so idk anything about trimming fat of chiken
