just got my bf measured at Bally's total Fitness... they told me it was 16.5% They used this little machine that they input my height, weight, and age. Then made me hold it in both my hands with are arms straight out. Just want to check if this machine is acurate? Also is doing cardio 6 days a week bad? I'm gonna work out a Mon, Wed, Fri. anyone?
