It seems to me that picture shows him with lowest bf he ever had, 4% in my guess.

No less than 6 I think.
Anyone saying 3 is completely ignorant. Only the most shredded pros achieve around 3%...

6-8 if I had to put my money on it.
Andreas Munzer had like 4%, and he died as an indirect consequence of it (as in what he needed to get that ripped killed him). Just an example to all the geniuses saying 3%...

People way underestimate bf%. If you want to see what 3-4% really looks like, visit Clarance Bass' website. Clarance was the Author in the M&F "Ripped Department". Small guy but cut to ribbons! I would say The Oak is about 6-8% in those shots.

I would say Arnold looks about 6-8% bf agree wit UrielDMan guys with knowledge a stallone, schwarzenegger eventhough they are in their sixties could still compete or compete for the first time w/ olympia level pros. Serge nugret, sergio oliva, Pro bob chick, Ronnie coleman, they are too old dinosaurs, just too old, and masters level is not the draw, congratulations to b.com's own sicilian pro Bob Chick you had an awesome onstage bodybuilding career buddy, but olympia level is the draw, guys in their forties going for the olympia are you serious? no, really? I regret not being able to compete and beat dorian yates in 1993 when i was 18 years old I feel with the right diet and training by age thirty five or even as soon as this year I could be back in my peak. reiterate, olympia level is the draw, PDI interests me too, Paul Dillet's canadian federation too, worth looking into. no 40 years old plus masters-level geriatric dinosaurs. 2006 IFBB Masters World Championship, there was Bob Cicherillo, then there was everybody else. Pro Bob Chick, do not ever say Ruse didn't give me props! What? that (geriatric dinosaurs) is what they (masters guys) are-- and everybody Pro Bob Chick (like Coleman, Cutler, Cicherillo you were good, time for Michael Russo to peak again reclaim what they tried to stunt my Michael Russo growth and take away from me, Michael Russo)! included knows it. show me the money (it is at the olympia)!

Legitimately: 6-6.5%
BB.com: 2%

Do you people realise how insane a 1%, no a .5% bodyfat difference makes once you get into the single digits.
3% and 6% is night and day
that is day.

Indeed!
It is time for the bodybuilding pendelum to swing back to sanity. The 70's were what I consider to be the goldilocks era. Not to small, not to freaky big, just awesome.

Arnolds legs small? His legs were not small, they were the right size for his frame. If anything his chest and biceps are to big, (just a little bit) for his body. They were however, very nicely worked. Thats just me being really nitpicky.
Arnie is still the man.
