i do all my eating in like a 6 hour period...
is anyone else like this? and does it have any negative effects on diet/lifting?
i wake up around noon and eat breakfast at like 12 30, go to the gym, come back and eat lunch at like 3, then eat dinner at around 6...
then i usually go out and come back around 2 or so where i eat a snack and then sleep.
repeat daily.

Why do you wait 30 minutes to eat breakfast?

i would suggest splittin up your meals a little bit and spreadin them throughout the day in order to keep your metabolism going at a faster rate so that when you get your long night's sleep it won't be affected as much and slowed down..

Also, you can only digeest 42 grams of protein every 2 hours. So you're ****ting out anything else you eat over that in that 2 hour period pretty much.

You might want to try waking up for a middle-of-the-night protein shake.
Also, get a job.
