Just finished washing and waxing my car (YAAAAAYYYY! Now i can see the paint... it's silver but it used to be some brownish whitish colour haha)...
anywayz, i noticed that i had quite a workout alternating hands buffing off the wax and shining... next month i'll do some sort of HIIT car waxing haha... i'll just be careful not to rub off the paint on my little civic or even dent the panels
i don't know, i'm just really happy i have a shiny car for the weekend... i'm skipping my cardio tonight since i've already done a good 2hours worth haha
anyone have any other alternative cardio workouts? well besides sex and washing/waxing cars
