20 Chicken Wings Before Bed
I ate 20 wings before bed, with the occasional dip into a tad of bleu cheese dressing.
Anyone have a guess as to what the cal/pro/carb/fat breakdown was, and if it was a decent pre-bed meal for a guy who needs to bulk?

Yeah but what are you looking like in the mirror? I personally don't care what the scale says if it looks bad in the mirror

I think chicken wings are close to 50 calories/each... so 1000 calories is probably right on (+ any blue cheese)
its all good... i bet they were worth it

Mmm we have the best chicken place here, it is WingZone. I know they have branched out a bit but their food is amazing. Highquality chicken dipped in low quality sauces and breading

Just count it as a cheat meal and get back on track tommorow bro. It's no big deal, besides, you're bulking. You only live once man.

Agreed, but I think cheating at least once a day is necessary to really gain.
There IS such a thing as eating TOO clean, just as it's possible to eat too much crappy food.

If you eat a massive amount of fat and pro, just keep the carbs away. That meal isn't allll that bad...add 40g of carbs to it, and it couldnt' be worse.

it depends on the sauce, but he could easily have had over 20g carbs.
