I'm having trouble working sweet potato into my diet. I've had them sitting in my kitchen but only time I eat em is as a snack when I'm stuck away from the house. Just eat em raw and outta a ziplock bag. They're so healthy, too. Wish I could turn them into french fries somehow ...

I love having em around the house just when I feel like having something else besides brown rice. Just pop em in the microwave and they come out soft and delicious. Go great with any meats.

You could make a great tasting prewo shake using either sweet potatoes or pumpkin and some vanilla or unflavored whey with a pumpkin pie spice mixture. Probably too fibrous for postwo. In any case, you wouldn't want to use a full serving of the potatos or pumpkin.

It wasn't post workout, it was just my mid-day between meal shake that I usually spike with some oats and banana.
I won't be repeating the experiment. Luckily it was the 2nd to the last sweet potato I had cooked up, so I'll only have to gag one more down before I can forget about sweet potatos for a couple of weeks.

The taste wasn't too bad(tasted like liquid sweet potato, suprisingly enough) but the texture was a little odd. Very thick n starchy, if you've ever drank thickened water it reminded me of that but more starchy texture. Doubling up on the liquid might help(I used 8 oz of whole milk, 2tbsp peanut butter, scoop of whey, and a big ass sweet potato). Maybe 16oz of milk wouldn't be too bad.

I usually just cut em up into small slices and put em on a pan in the oven for about 25 minutes, at like 400 degrees. I think.... It's been awhile though. Gotta lay off the amount of splenda I used to put on em though.
