the weight above ur head would be more of an isometric exercise for your shoulders, maybe a lil chest. The leg swinging motion is really the only "ab" motion i see, almost like some standard leg lifts just going to different sides to hit the obliques a little more. not overly impressed.

me too just look like u ave to think about keeping that weight steddy while doing leg raises which could interfear with your technique so looks like a crappy exercise to me.

and how do you think you keep the weight steady? You engage your core! Plus you are doing an ab routine with it. To me, the reps in the video were a little too quick, going slower would be better IMO. That being said, I haven't tried these yet, but I have abs tonight so I'll let everyone know!
