What food should I eat?
As i've all ready said, I'am 13 and i'am going to be starting the rippetoes program on monday. Is there any specific food i should be eating?

The main stuff like Oats, meats, brown rice, yams, cottage cheese, milk, penaut butter, whole wheats breads, pasta. At 13 just stuff your face with everything like I do
