Is a rice cake with natural peanut butter ok for cutting?

Hey guys

Is a rice cake (6 grams of carbs, 0.1 grams of fat) with adams non sugar peanutbutter ok for a snack while cutting???

What does "is it okay" mean?

Will it kill you? No.
Will it kill your diet? No idea. Depends on a million things.
Is it good for cutting? Not really.
Is it a big deal? Not really.

A good cutting diet doesn't really have any "snacks", anyway. Just about 5-8 clean, well-spaced meals.

i think its not a good combo.

rice cake= huge insulin spike, which you dont want to have going on at the same time youre eating fats.

Alone rice cakes will cause an insulin spike, but mixed w/ PB you should be okay. Although, it is not a great choice.

I doubt 6g of carbs will cause a noticable insulin spike.

But as already stated. You need a good solid cutting diet 6+ meals a day.
