Cheated still do carbup

I have been doing the keto diet for about eight days. Today I gave into temptation and had a 2 in slice of chocolate/vanilla cake and also a pb mixed with strawberry cupcake. I was supposed to do my carbup this weekend but my question is since I cheated should I wait another week to do my carbup or should I go ahead as plan and do it this weekend? I don't know the macros of my cheat but I'm pretty sure it doesn't look good. To give you insight my carbup was going to look like this:

blackend chicken sandwich on white toast
sweet potato w/cinnamon and butter

grits
french toast
1 brownie

5 oz. blackberries
non breaded buffalo chicken wings
protein shake
32 oz. sweet tea

By the weight I'm cutting to lose weight and I'm a 5'0 female that weight 138lbs. Thanks in advance guys/girls!

If it were me, I would skip the carbup simply because I beat the crap out of myself for screwing up...and lets face it, most of us screw up now and again...

but you do what you feel is best. If you were really looking forward to the carb up, bang out some hiit cardio (note from Jaim) the next few days and do a big depletion workout on friday....I'm sure you will be fine....

Thanks curly-top, I was really looking forward to the carbup so I think I'll go run/jog for 30 minutes more tonight and still do my leg workout/cardio on Friday.
