If it were me, I would skip the carbup simply because I beat the crap out of myself for screwing up...and lets face it, most of us screw up now and again...
but you do what you feel is best. If you were really looking forward to the carb up, bang out some hiit cardio (note from Jaim) the next few days and do a big depletion workout on friday....I'm sure you will be fine....
