Eating

When is like the best times to eat? i started a thing where i don't eat in the morning untill i am hungry (like an hour after i wake up) then i eat lunch around 1...then dinner between 5-9...so i heard that if u eat too late, ur body just stores it all to fat...so what is the latest u should eat?

Also, i need to find a BF calculator, i tried like 5 different ones on the internet, and i got from 13%-24%...so yea

ask your doctor to measure ur BF. so you eat 3 meals per day and u expect to see results? u need ATLEAST 5 meals a day to see results. all meals hvata be high in protein. protein is the most important nutrient in the diet of a bber.

yeah those things arent the most accurate
I've gotten 3% on one of those before, and im pretty sure im not 3% BF

Yeah the online bf% calculators are pretty much garbage, unless your plugging in the measurments you got using calipers, even then they can be off if you aren't doing it correctly. By your screen name thing, I'm assuming you are trying to gain weight? Eating late, within reason, shouldn't cause you to gain a lot of fat. I generally eat a small meal around 9-10, then have a PM protien shake right before bed. I find this helps my body from losing weight as I sleep. I personally would also eat more than 3 meals a day (at least 5) even if some can only be brotien shakes and an apple or something like that.
