Yeah the online bf% calculators are pretty much garbage, unless your plugging in the measurments you got using calipers, even then they can be off if you aren't doing it correctly. By your screen name thing, I'm assuming you are trying to gain weight? Eating late, within reason, shouldn't cause you to gain a lot of fat. I generally eat a small meal around 9-10, then have a PM protien shake right before bed. I find this helps my body from losing weight as I sleep. I personally would also eat more than 3 meals a day (at least 5) even if some can only be brotien shakes and an apple or something like that.
