hey guys.
well this is my first post so yea. neway i have been lifting weights for about the last 8 months or so and have seen some pretty good improvements. However a couple of weeks ago i injured my knee quite badly playing basketball and have been told i cant do any leg work or play basketball for 6 months!!
so anyways i was wondering does anyone have a good training program or training ideas that dont include leg work! most good programs have a few leg days. i though maybe i could do some concentrated grip training on the leg days?? i am only new to lifting so any advice would be appreciated.
