Bulking diet up for review

7:00

5 scrambled eggs
Tibetan Momo's (dumplings - 200g beef mince, onion, pastry - steamed)
Bowl of oats with honey and sliced banana

2 scoop peak body protein shake
Multivitamin (prolab training paks)
Cod liver oil
5 dessicated liver tablets

10:00

2 cups of cottage cheese with mixed fruit
2 cans of tuna pasta salad

1:00

Chilli
Potato wedges
mixed vegetables

5 dessicated liver tablets
scoop peak body proteain shake

4:00

2 cups of cottage cheese with mixed fruit
2 cans of tuna pasta salad

7:00

(2 fish/meat breast)
rice/potatoes
mixed vegetables

5 dessicated liver tablets
2 scoop peak body protein shake

10:00

2 cheese and sliced ham sandwhiches
glass of milk

12:00

2 cups of cottage cheese
pint of milk

Multivitamin
Cod liver oil
ZMA (taken 1/2 hour before)



Stats:

130lbs ~ 5ft8
Haven't seriously trained before, know what i am doing but have not had the time with study and exams.
Intend to train very intensely on a four day split.

is this too much food? I have no problem with eating this much food. Its just that if i include any more, the food bill is going to get very expensive per week. Any suggestions?

by my estimation, it might be just a tiny bit much at 130 lbs, unless you are a hard gainer, in which case it might be just right. i'd say go for it for a few weeks and see how you respond. If it looks like your stomach is adding some layers to quickly, then dose it down a bit, but keep it up enough to gain 1-3lbs a week.

Thank you for the replies, much appreciated.
I may cut the tuna down from 4 cans to 2 cans a day. Slightly worried about the mercury factor - as well as the nasty monotonous taste of tuna.
