Interesting approach...

Vietgoboi, I wouldn't worry about the shrimp and small bowl of rice. There is a lot of info available regarding cheats and refeeds. Do an advanced search using Titles Only. You'll find a lot of info about this subject.

shrimp and a bowl of rice?!?!?! cmon man, thats nothing. the shrimp is actually good for you and the rice aint bad. some people here eat 3 gallons of ice cream and 4 large pizzas-those are cheats ( more binges i guess). if anything what u ate could be considered a clean bulking meal.

Hmmm... If you're thinking of that as a cheat, I'm thinking your diet contains too little calories for a correct cut. How much are you eating daily?

It may be, but believe me, there are people who are over-paranoid and consequently overreact to to these sort of scenarios. As with most things, education is the key. He could be pulling our leg or perhaps not telling the whole story. Either way he needs to become more educated...on either the basics of overall caloric intake or proper forum ettiquette. I'm willing to assist him with either. How about you?
