These are my gains over 3 1/2 months or so.
I'd like suggestions in regards to; should I continue clean 2500 cals/day, working out heavy lifter style, or should I do the 4500-5k bulk that I was doing prior? I gained about 15lbs on that, but until I dropped back to 2500 and took out all sugars, etc, I was looking extremely soft.
I'm small framed, so I'm not sure how large I can actually get. What bugs the hell out of me is my forearms, I've got little stick wrists and I doubt that will ever go away.
Before: 119lbs
After: 133lbs. Far from where I want to be unfortunately, but I think the change is drastic.
I actually use my condo gym, which, for lack of better term is a "chick gym" (dumbells, treadmills, and 4 machines)..
I haven't done any mass builders (deadlifts, skullcrushers, squats).. But I've gone from benching about 150-195. I also haven't worked on half of the muscles I should. I'm way behind on my lats, delts, abs/glutes.
I have been using Animal Stak2 for one cycle, and Animal pump, which I have a while left. I'm not very dedicated when it comes to taking the supplements. I try to take creatine each day that I don't take Pump, but I pretty much never do.
I worked out about 7 hours before the after picture was taken, to be fair. I'm not big on people posting just-worked-out pictures.
Let me tell you, the attention I get now even at my still-small size is ridiculous. Seeing pictures of transformations on bb.com, and my friends who went from twigs to ripped guys is what got me hooked.
I'm not a cowboy, far from, but I have an afro from growing my shaved head out.
