Ingredients: 9/10
Ragnarok has one of the most awesome preworkout formulas I've seen. A full dose of creatine and over 4 grams of N.O. boosters teamed up with a fair amount of stimulants, cell volumizers, anti-oxidants and electrolytes.

Pumps: 10/10
Pumps were great again (took Blue Raz sample previous day.) Shoulders and traps were pumped to the max. After only two days, I am a firm believer that the ROK produces amazing pumps.
Taste: 9/10
The taste of Warrior Melon 'ROK was very good. It smelled exactly like watermelon bubble gum and also tasted exactly like it. It really does not taste like a supplement at all. Definitely in my top 3 favorite tasting supplements to date.
Strength: -/-
After using this with just one workout it is impossible to comment on strength gains. I did set several PR's this workout (DB Shoulder Press - Previous PR: 70x2; new PR: 70x6), but I obviously cannot attribute strength gains to the ROK already.
Energy/Focus: 9/10
I was very focus from just one scoop of Ragnarok. I'm a heavy stimulant user, so this was not expected for me. If I had a full bottle, I'd probably go with 1 1/3 - 1.5 scoops because I love to be as energized as humanly possible

.
Cost: 8/10
In the superstore it is $37.99 for 40 servings. If you can feel the full effects of the ROK from just one scoop, I'd probably give it a 10/10, but, since I am not sensitive at all to stimulants I would probably need 2 scoops over time, thus giving it an unjust 8/10.
Overall: 9.25/10
I had a great workout on the ROK (again), plain and simple. Strength, energy, focus, and pumps were all above average. Taste was damn good, too. Ragnarok has one of the best preworkout formulas out right now and it is amazing what the MST guys have done with the taste. A big thanks to the guys at Millennium, especially Matt for the free samples of Warrior Melon and Ballistic Blue Raz (see review thread for review) Ragnarok. I will be picking a bottle of this up very shortly and possibly running an unsponsored log if time permits. Keep up the great work with the awesome/innovative products!
